Returns & Refunds policy

Products can only be returned or refunded if damaged or faulty.

The deadline for returning or refunding an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods and you will need to Contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product if the product is faulty or damaged.

We will contact you no later than 24 hours from the day on which we receive the email. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and we will not charge any fees for returning the damaged or faulty products.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • Contact the following email within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods that are not faulty or damaged

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You will need to send pictures of the damaged goods. If approved, you should send the goods to the following address:

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
